Multitel Pagliero’s 2022 was extraordinary: 2,220 truck mounted platforms produced. Result achieved with an increase in productivity from 41 (January) to 51 (November/December) units per week. A global organisational effort that allowed the delivery of 2,255 machines, of which 70% abroad and 30% in Italy. With the year closed, the company focused on new objectives, the first of which is the launch of the MXE 170 articulated platform on the Piaggio Porter NP6 Long Range, with LPG and petrol fuel. A truck-mounted platform with a working height of 16.90 m, a horizontal outreach of 7.50 m, UP&OVER at 6.8 m and a maximum load capacity in the basket of 250 kg (2 people).
The characteristics are those of a machine designed for use in the narrow streets of urban or historical centers and, in general, in working areas with restricted space. The weight is low with a GVW of 2,800 kg, allowing it to move on delicate surfaces, the length is reduced (5,850 mm), while the stabilization is only 1,800 mm. The overall compactness is combined with the low height (2,550 mm), making it one of the most compact platforms on the Piaggio NP6. The choice of LPG, in addition to cost savings and less pollution, allows urban circulation at all hours of the day, without the constraints of traffic blocks. Simple to operate, it can be used for building work, maintenance, installation and laying, renovation and cleaning, tinwork, pruning, and much more. The operator can get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area, thanks to the turret rotation through 400° and the 1,20 x 0,70 m self-levelling basket able to turn 50°+50°. With the moment sensing limiting device, the outreach is load-dependent and ensures safe movement. EVE, Multitel Pagliero’s evolved electronics, ensures linearity, and smoothness of vertical and horizontal movements. No sudden lurches but extending of the sections and elevation of the boom always in perfect balance and with instant adjustments. Telemetry is optional, with GPS tracking, machine status display, parameterisation and remote diagnostics.
