MTE 230 HYBRID

Telescopic aerial platform mounted on a 3.5-ton truck, with maximum working height of 23 m: one of the highest-reaching hybrid 3.5 ton trucks available on the market.

At its maximum horizontal outreach of 15 m, the basket’s capacity is 100 kg rising to 250 kg at 10.6 m.

The 450° rotation of the turret and the 1.4m x 0.7m self-levelling platform able to turn 90°+90° mean the operator can get around any obstacles and be positioned precisely at the work area.

The electrical system is run by a 48V lithium battery pack that guarantees 8 hours of work on the standard cycle and includes a high-efficiency synchronous electric motor with speed and torque control.

Fast charging is assured from the 230V charger: 100% in about 4 hours.

The automatic standby mode reduces battery consumption, while a button on the ground control unit and on the basket allows switching between electric motor and standard engine mode.

All movements, including stabilization, can be carried out in full-electric mode, ensuring zero emissions and noise. The motor control enables precise and smooth movement of the boom and basket, while the simultaneous movements are provided by a high-efficiency hydraulic pump.

The front and rear vertically descending extendable stabilizers ensure easy deployment of the MT 230 Hybrid.

Efficiency of use and optimised consumption are assured by the start/stop system in the cage.

The boom made of aluminium ensures rigidity and precision of movements, without bending and oscillations and allowing the accuracy of the manoeuvres. The High Line floor in micro-perforated aluminium makes the platform lighter and easier to manoeuvre.

The clean design of the boom, which holds the hose and cables internally, avoids the risk of damage from obstacles or falling objects and materials.

Fitted with all the safety and emergency devices according to regulations.

The telemetry system for remote communication enables GPS localization, machine status display, parameterization and remote diagnosis.
